BNC ENGINEERING can supply industrial water filters for any applications as per commercial, institutional, seawater, tap, brackish and industrial water sectors in order to remove the following:

  • Chlorine
  • Odors and bad taste
  • Sediments & turbidity
  • Iron and manganese
  • Suspended particles
  • Unwanted color

Our industrial water filters can be used in a so many applications and for any type of weather condition.

The filters can be operating manually, semi- or fully-automatically and can be manufactured in stainless steel, epoxy coated steel or FRP tanks (as application).

The filters can be for small flow rates up to many thousand of cm water.

The filters can be also Multi-media type in order to reach higher quality filtered water due to different sand size or mixed sand and other filtration product (as Pirulosite for iron, Granular Activated Carbon for taste, odor, chlorine or other contaminants). With this type of filters the filtration velocity is higher of the standard sand filters.

The sand filters can be “pressurized type”, “valve-less” or “gravity type” as required by the application.

The fully automatic filters operate by PLC, requiring very limited technical knowledge. The filter operation and backwashing phases can be initialized through a timer, external signal from a central control system or using a differential pressure switch.

Our Filters serve the following Industries:

  • Agriculture and Irrigation Water Chemical Processing
